In 2007, he received a loan of Rs 1 lakh from a government scheme, with which he bought a
photo studio shell machine and moved towards entrepreneurship.

Devi, presently working in AG Office, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh (Accountant Department).
Early life and education Santosh Raj Hela ji was born on 26th May 1985 in village Mayohar of
Kaushambi Uttar Pradesh (now Ghaziabad) in Kaushambi district. His father's name was Late
Shri Ramesh Prasad Hela.
He passed the high school examination in 2002 from primary school to primary to 8th grade,
passed the intermediate examination in 2004, received on education scholarship. After this,
he obtained BA from Prayagraj.

Santosh Raj Hela worked for social service and upliftment of scheduled caste community.
The All India Scheduled Tribes Federation, New Delhi has been working for the past
several years for the social, economic, political and cultural empowerment of the
deprived, backward and neglected communities in different parts of the country.
The Hela Samaj, which has a population of over 9 lakh in Uttar Pradesh, over 12.30 lakh
in West Bengal, continues to live in a socio-economically neglected condition. Most of
these families are deprived of basic facilities like education, health, employment and
government schemes.
Our organization has been continuously trying to reach the last person of the society
with the facilities of government schemes, social awareness, education, employment,
health and a dignified life.
At present, our organization has information of many such needy families / individuals
who are living in extremely deplorable conditions and are in dire need of immediate
assistance such as: Ration, Housing, Healthcare, Education Benefits of Income-Based
Government Schemes Guidance and Resources for Self Employment / Employment Scholarships,
Social Security Schemes etc.
Therefore, you are kindly requested to provide resources, guidance and departmental
coordination to help these eligible persons while providing necessary support to the
organization in this task. At the same time, your patronage and support to the social
cooperation campaigns proposed by the organization from time to time is also expected.
